J. Fox Custom specializes in creating items exclusively for you. We do not offer Exchanges, Returns, or Refunds of any kind on custom products (this includes all special orders, and personalized items), estate merchandise (previously enjoyed and vintage items), or other goods.
Inspect all details. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we strongly encourage you to look at all provided media and descriptions, and discuss any questions you might have prior to purchase.
Remember that our custom jewelry is finished by human hands. This means that while computer renderings are extremely realistic, some details may be present only in real life.
Common examples: Prongs may appear more dramatic in pictures, and metal may seem more prominent. We are always happy to show photos of similar finished pieces, and talk you through any questions or concerns you might have.
