J. Fox Custom isn't a row of cases, or a collection of catalogs. Here, you make an appointment, sit down with the people actually designing your jewelry, and we figure it out together.

• Private Appointments - Your appointment is your time. No crowded cases, no sales floor, no salesperson hovering nearby. Let's talk about what you're looking for and what makes sense.
  
• Talk to the Designer - You're not playing telephone with a salesperson who sends it somewhere else. You work directly with Jake or Jeff from the beginning, so the person helping you make decisions actually understands how the piece will be designed and built.
  
• No Cases - We don't keep a room full of jewelry waiting for someone to buy it. We start with you, then design the piece around what you actually want.
  This means you never have to choose between "almost right" and "I'll take it."
  
• Honesty- If a stone isn't right for the design, if something won't wear well, if we think there's a better way to do something... We'll tell you.
  We're not here to take your money and push you out the door. We're here to help you end up with something you'll still love years from now.
